Romel Ambarchyan, Esq.

Managing Attorney

Romel Ambarchyan is a managing partner at RA & Associates. Since the financial crisis of 2008, he has aggressively defended his clients’ rights against unlawful and deceptive practices by mortgage lenders. He is experienced in the full range of real estate litigation matters, including pre-foreclosure litigation, wrongful foreclosure litigation, broker-client disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, zoning and other property rights issues. In addition, Mr. Ambarchyan is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in the state of California. His expansive knowledge of the real estate industry as an attorney, broker and auctioneer is invaluable when representing his clients and their real estate transactions.

Mr. Ambarchyan achieved his bachelor’s degree in history with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles. From there, he attained his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.

Any Moskovian, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Any Moskovian is an associate attorney specializing in real estate litigation matters at RA & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moskovian worked as a legal consultant for multiple firms, where she worked on intellectual property disputes, entertainment contracts, shareholder derivative lawsuits, cyber security attacks, and government investigations. Her success on these intricate cases led her to develop a meticulous and systematic defense strategy.

Ms. Moskovian earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and Technology Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. She also served on the Finance Committee of the Associated Students of UC Hastings, and was Justice of Phil Alpha Delta. She received graduation recognition for completing 150+ hours of pro bono services while in law school, and was awarded the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Moskovian worked as a judicial fellow for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While in law school, Ms. Moskovian worked as a judicial extern for Justice Marvin Baxter at the Supreme Court of California, and Judges Dennis Landin and Monica Bachner at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center of the L.A. Superior Court.

Ms. Moskovian received her B.A. with both Latin and college honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a major in political science and minors in anthropology and human complex systems.

Ms. Moskovian is a national dance champion and loves to play the violin during her spare time.

Manuel Magpapian, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Manuel Magpapian is an associate attorney who handles real estate litigation matters at RA & Associates. Specifically, Mr. Magpapian deals with pre-foreclosure litigation, wrongful foreclosure litigation and Unlawful Detainers among other real estate litigation matters. Mr. Magpapian earned his J.D. from Western State College of Law where he graduated with honors. He was involved in student government at Western State as a representative of 3^rd and 4^th year students. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Magpapian’s interests and hobbies include politics, history, and playing basketball.

Malalai Anbari, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Malalai Anbari is an Associate Attorney at RA & Associates and handles real estate litigation matters, particularly pre- and post-foreclosure.  Ms. Anbari graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in which she completed the Tax Concentration.  She dedicated herself to public interest by providing tax assistance to local indigent residents through her involvement with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic.  She also served as a mediator with the UC Hastings Civil Justice Center’s Mediation Clinic.  Ms. Anbari was heavily involved in student activism and providing service to others while she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Anbari enjoys volunteering, reading, and hiking.

Gregory Alexanyan

Of Counsel

Gregory Alexanyan is of counsel at RA & Associates. He is a skilled attorney who defends the rights of his clients facing real estate and personal injury claims, and knows how to strategically navigate and resolve complex legal issues on their behalf.

Mr. Alexanyan attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. From there, Mr. Alexanyan attended the University of West Los Angeles where he received a Juris Doctorate degree.

Mr. Alexanyan is an aggressive and strategic attorney who knows how to navigate and resolve issues favorably.
