Any Moskovian is an associate attorney specializing in real estate litigation matters at RA & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moskovian worked as a legal consultant for multiple firms, where she worked on intellectual property disputes, entertainment contracts, shareholder derivative lawsuits, cyber security attacks, and government investigations. Her success on these intricate cases led her to develop a meticulous and systematic defense strategy.
Ms. Moskovian earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and Technology Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. She also served on the Finance Committee of the Associated Students of UC Hastings, and was Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. She received graduation recognition for completing 150+ hours of pro bono services while in law school, and was awarded the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Moskovian worked as a judicial fellow for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While in law school, Ms. Moskovian worked as a judicial extern for Justice Marvin Baxter at the Supreme Court of California, and Judges Dennis Landin and Monica Bachner at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center of the L.A. Superior Court.
Ms. Moskovian received her B.A., with both Latin and college honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a major in political science, and minors in anthropology and human complex systems.
Ms. Moskovian is a national dance champion and loves to play the violin during her spare time.
